Our family resolution for 2011 is to live more healthily.  As part of this process, we’re editing our eating habits substantially.  This resolution is more than just eating better, more nutritious foods; it’s also a process of understanding the needs of our bodies and responding to those needs through our diet.  I’m not trying to get all new age on you, though, rather this is our attempt at heightening awareness and establishing habits that will provide us the best opportunity for long-term health.   Since this healthy lifestyle project is tangental to the main purpose of our blog (sharing our house projects and adventures), I’ll be posting recipes, interesting information, and feedback on our process here instead of the main page.
